Today, August 13, CCECC held extraordinary meeting of vice ministers and deputy directors of agencies on the enforcement on the Government Decision 615 of 28/06/2005 regarding some measures of preventing and combating corruption and protectionism within public institutions.

Lawyer detained for traffic of influence
Today, August 6, 2010, as a result of operative-investigative measures, CCECC in close collaboration with Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office detained in flagrante delicto Ion Miron, lawyer suspected to have extorted and received bribe totaling 5000 MDL from the manager of a local enterprise. Money was extorted to influence the State Tax Inspectorate officials to remit fines imposed by the tax control of the company headed on March 13, 20100.

Court of Appeal dismissed the two accused of money laundering and misappropriation of over $ 1 million
Chisinau Court of Appeal ordered liberty research of the two accused of money laundering, were arrested for a period of 20 days and held CCECC insulator.
